Urgent Appeal for Information on Gallant and VST Ponzi Scams

Over £30 million has been lost in the Gallant Building Services Ponzi scam, with dozens of families left devastated. This follows another
£30 million lost in the VST Enterprise Limited scam. Victims’ retirement funds have vanished, children are suffering, and livelihoods are at stake.

We urge all victims, former employees, current partners, accountants, auditors, and law firms with knowledge of these scams to come forward with any information or evidence. Your help is essential in seeking justice for those affected. All information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and we aim to establish a secure communication line for sharing details.
 

To the law enforcement officers, Serious Fraud Office, Action Fraud, Nottinghamshire Police, and medical professionals: please be aware that victims are under tremendous stress. Several are at risk of self-harm or worse, as thoughts of suicide have emerged. The mental and emotional toll on these individuals is immense. Should any of the victims succumb to such actions, the perpetrators must be held accountable—not just for fraud, but for murder. They should stand trial for any loss of life resulting from their actions.
